🔥 Panoramic Log-Style Finnish Sauna
At Allure Wellness, our 20-person panoramic Finnish sauna, designed with a cozy log-cabin feel, offers the perfect environment for deep relaxation.
Accompanied by our cold-water experience shower and the unique ice plunge pool—which features both continuous cold water and ice generated by a dedicated ice machine—you can enjoy the full thermal contrast for the ultimate wellness experience.
Regular use of the Finnish sauna offers immune-boosting and vascular-regenerating effects. It supports the body’s metabolic processes, helps treat common colds, and is beneficial for allergic conditions, eczema, and chronic inflammations.
It enhances blood circulation, strengthens the body’s natural healing abilities, and stimulates the endocrine glands—leading to intense sweating and the release of toxins through the skin’s open pores.
It improves cardiovascular health and conditions the skin, mind, and nervous system through alternating heat and cold exposure.
⚠️ Recommended only for healthy adults. Not suitable for those with cardiovascular issues, acute inflammations, or during pregnancy.
Temperature: 80–95 °C
Recommended use: 10–15 minutes per session, 2–3 rounds with cooling breaks in between (cold shower or ice plunge).

🌿 Infrared Sauna
Our sauna world also includes a gentle Infrared Sauna, ideal for a more moderate heat experience.
Unlike traditional saunas, the infrared sauna heats the body directly from within using infrared rays, rather than warming the air.
It is particularly recommended for those struggling with cellulite, as the deep-penetrating heat helps loosen connective tissues, allowing toxins to be released more easily.
✅ Thanks to the gradual internal warming, it’s suitable for both seniors and younger guests.
Temperature: 35–55 °C
Recommended use: Up to 30 minutes, 3–4 times per week
