This can reduce blood pressure, helping to preserve heart health, and also supports skin tissue healing. During steam baths, the body produces certain hormones that lower blood pressure, which is why we often feel calmer and more relaxed.
Who is recommended to use the steam cabin?

Do not use the steam bath if you have a fever or any illness.

The steam bath is not recommended for those with circulatory problems, heart disease, low or high blood pressure, diabetes, or epilepsy.
How long should you stay in the steam bath?

10-15 minutes, 2-3 times, with important cool-down breaks in between.
